General Report from the ELIXIR SAB TC, June 2023
We would hereby like to share with you the General Report from the ELIXIR Scientific Advisory Board (SAB) TC, which took place on 21 June. The Report, which includes the SAB's recommendations from topics discussed at the meeting will be presented to the ELIXIR Board for its consideration at its next meeting, which will take place from 30-31 October in Barcelona, Spain.
Publicly funded research infrastructures, such as ELIXIR, enable the creation of scientific knowledge and drive innovation. Due to both the substantial public investment necessary for their creation and maintenance, and the significance of their contribution to the scientific community, research infrastructures have a role to play in public policy.

Deadlines for submission of Proposals for Commissioned Services
Nodes wishing to submit proposals for Commissioned Services aiming to begin in January 2024 are asked to submit them to proposals [at] elixir-europe.org by Tuesday, 15 August 2023.
The review process will be as follows:
